Hardware Review

FPV flight-controller and ESC review checklist.

Use this when reviewing SkyPilot H743, the 75A 4-in-1 ESC, or comparable FPV hardware designs.

Flight-Controller Review

Confirm power rails, regulator headroom, decoupling, and boot behavior.
Check IMU SPI routing, DRDY wiring, interrupt assumptions, and ground return paths.
Review USB, UART, GPS, barometer, buzzer, LED, receiver, and motor outputs against the INAV target.
Look for vibration coupling, IMU mounting risks, and nearby switching-noise sources.

ESC Review

Trace battery input, phase output, MOSFET, gate-driver, and current-return paths.
Check switching-loop area, gate resistance assumptions, bootstrap routing, and thermal bottlenecks.
Review DSHOT signal routing, ground reference, connector placement, and assembly risks.
Flag anything that needs bench testing before high-current load.
